Refund policy

MUSCLE TORQ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY  

We hope that you’ll love your Muscle Torq gear. In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day returns policy.

- Full price and Sale items can be returned for a refund less shipping within 30 days of receipt of product.

- Returns must be received in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging, tags and labels attached. Muscle Torq reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards and will return the garments at the customers own expense.

- When returning items for a size exchange, we will facilitate this where the stock is available. If the online store has sold out of the item you have requested, we will contact you via email to inform you that we have refunded your order and you will be credited the way you placed your original order.

- Return shipping is payable by the customer. We recommend using a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery. Muscle Torq takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at support@muscletorq.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM?

If you have received a faulty item, please email our support team at support@muscletorq.com.au for further assistance.

Products will be eligible for a refund or replacement following inspection if they involve a manufacturing fault, have been damaged during shipping or the incorrect product has been received.

A faulty product is considered faulty or not acceptable quality if:-

- It is unfit for purpose

- It is significantly different from the description 

- It is received with damages on arrival

- The sizing or measurements do not match the size chart of the garment (this is not an incorrect size choice)

Please note that general wear and tear over time and damage caused by neglect, misuse or incorrect washing as per care label instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment a soon as possible.  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received your refund please first check with your bank or your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We will do everything we can to ensure a resolution is reached as quickly as possible.
